RACE DESCRIPTION 

Get ready for an unforgettable race experience at the Pleasant Prairie Triathlon, set against the stunning backdrop of Prairie Springs Park! Begin your journey by diving into Lake Andrea, a pristine 100-acre spring-fed lake, where the swim portion of the event kicks off. Pedal through scenic routes in the Village of Pleasant Prairie, featuring a new frontage road with exhilarating long straightaways. Finally, lace up your shoes for the run, where you’ll traverse a combination of paved and gravel paths winding through the beautiful Prairie Springs Park.

This event also serves as the 2025 USA Triathlon State Championship, adding an extra level of excitement with top-tier competition and unforgettable moments. Plus, it's part of the Chicagoland Tri Series, giving you the chance to compete in one of the premier triathlon series in the Midwest. As part of the USAT Para Nationals Qualifier Series, this race offers an inclusive experience, welcoming athletes of all abilities to join the action.
