POLICIES / RULES
As we strive to create a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, support crew, and our dedicated team at 3 Disciplines, we have established a set of policies and rules to uphold the integrity and safety of our events.
With over 25 years of experience and expertise in producing events across 25 states and over 1300 races, our attention to detail sets us apart in the industry.
Entry Fees are Non-Refundable
First and foremost, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the use of profanities or any form of verbal abuse towards anyone, including our incredible support crew and volunteers. Respect and positivity are paramount in creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all involved.
To ensure fair competition on the bike courses, blocking, drafting, and center line violations will be penalized accordingly.
Safety is our top priority, and therefore helmets are mandatory for all athletes participating on the bike course. Helmets must be securely fastened before mounting the bike.
While headphones are permitted on closed courses, they are allowed in only one ear to ensure athletes remain aware of their surroundings and fellow participants.
Filming of athletes by following them in vehicles is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification due to the potential danger it poses to everyone involved.
Regarding refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but refunds will only be granted in cases of death in the family or military deployment/moves. Events beyond our control, such as pandemics or emergencies, do not qualify for refunds. Event insurance is available for those seeking additional coverage in case of unforeseen circumstances. No Refunds for any reason outside of our control.
Regarding transfers, as always transfers are welcome within the SAME CALENDAR YEAR. We no longer accept deferrals or transfers to another year. You may transfer to another event within the same year for $15. You may transfer your entry to another person for that event for $15. Military deployment/transfer or death in the family will allow deferrals into the next calendar year only.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants, regardless of their experience level. Decisions are made with consideration for the entire event community, and our safety record reflects our commitment to thorough planning and execution.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, as they are essential in creating a positive and rewarding experience for everyone involved. Together, let's continue to strive for excellence and enjoyment in multi-sport participation.
