Refund Policy
There is a lot that goes into planning a race but we know life happens and will be offering refunds based on the schedule below: *refunds are only for the entry fee. Processing and USA Triathlon fees cannot be refunded.

4 weeks or more out from the event we will issue a refund minus a $25 admin fee.
2 week to 4 week from the event we will issue a refund minus a $50 admin fee.
Less than a full 2 weeks from the event we can no longer offer a refund or deferral as everything has been ordered at that point.
