Saturday, May 17 2025 (venue open to public)

8:30 am - Swim start, buoys in water, beach setup 
11:00 am - Finish marking bike and run courses/ hang athlete bags in transition area
1:00 pm - Lunch
2:00 pm - Final walk-thru, meeting
3:00 pm - Finalize venue 
7:00 pm - Dinner / meeting

Sunday, May 18, 2025 (venue closed to public until all bikes off bike course)

5:30 am - Team out the door
6:00 am - Support crew phase 1 arrives
6:30 am - Transition area opens, athlete arrival
7:00 am - Support crew phase 2 arrives (course)
7:15 am - Bike / Run course coordinators depart with support crew for courses
7:40 am - Athlete meeting in transition area, lifeguards, EMS onsite
8:00 am - Time Trial start first Olympic distance athlete in water
8:22 am - First athletes out of the water
8:23 am - Sprint athletes in water, first Olympic athlete on bike
8:28 am - Duathlon Start
8:38 am - First sprint athlete on bike
8:55 am - Super Sprint start
9:20 am - First athlete off bike
9:21 am - First athlete on run course
9:05 am - Last athlete out of water
9:35 am - First finisher
10:30 am - 70% Finished - 99% All Bikes off road
11:30 am - 99% Finished
12:00 pm - Last finisher, tear down begins
2:00 pm - Tear down completion
