RACE AMBASSADOR High Priority

Details

Race Ambassadors are visible, upwardly mobile promoters and will engage in pre-race promotions through digital media posting/sharing of the event, visiting local businesses and schools to share the event.

All Race Ambassadors will receive VIP status, FREE entry to this any any RAD event they are promoting, in addition they will receive Race Event Swag Pack and exclusive RAD Racing Gear to wear and promote with.

Course Marshall High Priority

At least 16 more volunteers needed.

Details

Race Marshalls will be stationed at each entry/exit driveway to the Town Center and at various points as needed along the course.

The Race Marshalls role is VERY important as you will have responsibility of keeping car traffic away from runners during the time of the race.

Assist with check-in for participants that have not already picked-up their packet prior to race day and any race day registrants.

PHOTOGRAPHY - course, finish line and awards High Priority

One photographer will be stationed along the course to capture runners in motion.
One photographer will be stationed at the finish line to capture runners finishing.
One photographer will be responsible for taking pictures of and short interviews with our award winners.

Details

Post-race tent volunteers will be responsible for setting up and distributing snacks, food and drinks for the participants.

Volunteers will also help to monitor the results kiosk.
