Train for your first triathlon or aim for a PR!

Jumping into the world of triathlon training can be overwhleming. Knowing where to start, how many and what kinds of workouts to do each week, trianing snags pop up, or work travel has to fit into your training.  Tri-Now’s program offers  individual attention in all 3 disciplines with coached group workouts and skill orientaiton specific clinics to ensure you start out with sucess. And to give you even more confidence and skills, a practice triathlon will be conducted to prepare you for race day. Tri-Now coaches are at every workout plus bi-weekly group calls with a coach ensure you can work through any issue and have success! Plus so much more. 

And, you will have access to Tri-Now’s private facebook clubhouse group which offers a forum for support, guidance and adivice and can ask for help and advice forom fellow Tri-Now club members.

Weekly training prescription outlining daily swim, bike and run workouts 
Group workouts specifically coached for your program
Bi-monthly Group Call with Coach
Tri-Now shirt
Race Course Review 

For: Caveman Tri (or use for sprint triathlon of your choice)

3/11/23  Practice Tri – Putting it all together!
