Check-In

RunSignUp > Profile > (Select the child’s profile) > Upcoming Races and click to resend it
Packet Contents
Inside the packet is
- A small sticker for the bike helmet. This is used by the photographers so you can find the athlete’s pictures on the bike course
- A large sticker for the bike. This is used by the volunteers to match the bike to the athlete
- A bib with your bike number, age group, and distances to complete. You must wear it on the bike and the run
- A timing chip. Place it on the left ankle. (This keeps it away from the drive train.) Exception: 6&Under athletes will not have a chip since they are not timed
Wristband system
Along with your packet, you may get a wristband.
- Challenged athletes may get a wristband to remind the volunteers of their accommodations. Depending on their challenge, an adult may get one too
- One adult per racer in the 6&Under age group gets a green wristband that lets you go anywhere with your child (except IN the pool) even while racing
- One adult per racer aged 7-10 and/or with special needs gets a tiger-colored wristband that allows you to help with setting up & tearing down but nothing else
- Athletes aged 11 and up can race on their own so their adults do not need to go into transition and will not get a wristband
T-shirt
The next tent has your T-shirt. You will get the size you ordered. If it does not fit, come back after 11:00 am to see if you can swap it.
Kona Ice Coupon
You will also get a coupon you may exchange at the Kona Ice truck for a free small Shave Ice. (Spectators will be able to purchase their own Shave Ice as well.)
Virtual Goodie Bag
To keep junk out of a landfill, we are doing a virtual goodie bag this year. But there will be drawings in the Expo throughout the day for free SWAG including Zoot transition and duffle bags! The virtual goodie bag will be sent to you after the race.
Body Marking
Once you get your race packet and goodies, proceed to body marking. The volunteers will mark the athlete’s body so that we know who they are, what wave they are in and the athlete will have a reminder of how many Bike and Run laps they need to do.
