Solo Triathlon

A single participant completes each leg of the relay.

Duathlon (Paddle-Bike OR Paddle-Run OR Bike-Run)

There are three options for the Duathlon. Duathlon racers will continue onto their next segment immediately.

Paddle-Bike will begin with the Triathlon at Bay Point Park at 10:00 am.

Paddle - Run will begin with the Triathlon at Bay Point Park at 10:00 am.

Bike - Run will begin with the single event bike race at 10:45 am at Colvill Park

Bikers can elect to do either the mountain bike or road bike segment options.

Duathlon Relay

There are three options for the Duathlon. Duathlon racers will continue onto their next segment immediately.

Paddle-Bike (18.5k or 27k) will begin with the Triathlon at Bay Point Park at 10:00 am.

Paddle - Run (12.5k) will begin with the Triathlon at Bay Point Park at 10:00 am.

Bike - Run (19k or 27k) will begin with the single event bike race at 10:45 am at Colvill Park

Single Event (6k Paddle)

A 6k race from Bay Point Park to Colvill Park down the Mississippi River along the shores of Red Wing, MN. This event is a solo event happening at the same time as a triathlon and duathlon.

This event will begin as a mass start at 10:45 in the midst of a triathlon. Racers will be timed from one timing pad to another. Triathlon racers will be beginning their bike segment before and after the start of this single event.
