Ordinary Mortals Duathlon

Mass start 3-mile soft surface trail run along the river, 15-mile bike and then 2-mile run again along the river.

This is a USAT sanctioned duathlon requiring a USAT one-day license ($15) or annual membership ($60). If one-day license purchased for this event, the fee can be applied later to an annual membership. You may renew your USAT membership here and it will add the 12 months to your existing membership.

Age group awards will be in 5-year age groups for male and female up to 80+.

Mass start 3-mile soft surface trail run along the river, 15-mile bike and then 2-mile run again along the river. The two-person relay will hand off the ankle timing band outside transition. Your two-person team can figure out which legs each partner will do. We aren't picky, but only one person goes into transition during the race, hand off of chip is outside the transition (bike) area.
