Note: For NON-USA Triathlon Members- A fee will be added to registration costs to cover the cost of a one-day USA Triathlon license for every participant. One-day licenses now vary in cost - please see the following link for more info. USAT Membership
(*Individual indicates anyone competing by themselves, i.e. Athena/Clydesdale, Age Group competitors, etc.)
NOTE: Olympic distance is available to participants 16 and over; Sprint distance is available to participants 13 and over. Special permission can be granted for youth outside of these ranges.
What should I expect at this event? You can expect the following:

USAT Sanctioned
USA Triathlon Rules enforced. This includes wearing a HELMET at ALL times when on your bike. No headsets are allowed on course.

For Clyesdale, Athena, Aquabike (Olympic and Sprint) and Duathlons:

Top 3 finishers in each distance, in each gender
Trio Multisport, LLC reserves the right to adjust age groups, based on attendance
We know that some of you LOVE your event shirts. While some of you have so many you could wear one every day of the year.
That's why we make purchasing a shirt an option for all.
All shirt and tank orders will need to be placed by Friday, August 8th
Again in 2025 - a tank top/sleeveless option! Choose from a Women's or Men's cut shirt - in short sleeve or sleeveless!
