Refund Policy
There are no refunds, transfer, or deferrals of any kind for ANY reason.
There are no refunds or deferrals of any kind. You may manage your own registration and switch between events within the race (full distance to half or to relay etc.) at any time without any added fees. If you switch to an event that costs more the system will prompt you to pay the difference. If you switch to an event that costs less, there is no refund. You may switch events in the race within the calendar year you signed up for up until 2-months before the event. After that it will not be allowed because we must finalize orders for the event. There are no next year deferrals for any reason.
COVID DEFERRAL POLICY
The only deferral requests that will be honored are from athletes who’s country of origin have a travel ban (due to COVID) not allowing the athlete to legally travel and/or enter Iceland as of June 15, 2021.
