May 5th Program Dates
Jump into training with group programs which offers semi-private coaching.
We make it easy for you to know where to start, how many and what kinds of workouts to do each week – with plenty of coaching along the way. We are here with you to help adjust for training snags that pop up, work through obstacles or issues that might otherwise cause stress (like having work travel) and offer all around support.
You get individual attention in all 3 disciplines with group workouts led by Tri-Now coaches and specific skill work to ensure you start out with success.
Commitment Day + Orientation: May 5th via Zoom
Goal Race: Kerrville Triathlon Half (can be used for any 70.3/Half distance tri)
Program Baseline/Benchmark evaluations
June 4th (Tues) run at LH High School track 6:30PM
June 6th (Thurs) bike via Zoom 6:30PM
June 9th (Sun) swim at Greenhill school 6:00pm
Bi-weekly coach call @ 6:30PM (via Zoom)
