Pre-Run & Sweep

Course Pre-Runner

Details

Volunteer will run the course prior to the course being open to participants to check that course markings are still up where they need to be and nothing on the course has been altered. Also assess hazards on the course.
Please come with a headlamp as the pre-course run will start in the dark.

Course Sweep - 12k

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Volunteer will run the 5 mile course to make sure that all runners have made it back safely, assisting runners who can't make the time cutoffs, and remove course markings.

Course Sweep - Half/50K

Parking

Parking Attendant

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteer will help participants and spectators park and if need be, assist with road crossings to get to the start finish area. Some parking attendants will stand at areas closed to parking to make sure they stay clear of cars.

Headquarters

Registration & Packet Pick-Up

Volunteer will assist at race headquarters in the morning with runner registration and packet pick-up.

Food Table & Merchandise

Zero Waste Station Manager

Help us reach zero waste! Volunteer will monitor the compost/recycling area to make sure everything goes in the correct bin.

Finish Line/Timing
