Details

Cheer runners on and keep them on the right track throughout the race route.

Volunteers will receive a map marked with their individual route location from the Lead Route Guide. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Route Guides will check in at volunteer check-in nearest their assigned route spot: at the Volunteer Check-In tent in Crump Park (Crump Park, 3400 Mountain Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060) OR at the On-Route Water Stop (near 3356 Fontaine Ln, Glen Allen, VA 23060). We will email you your check-in spot before the event.

On-Route Water Stop Medium Priority

Details

Help our participants stay hydrated by handing out cups of cold water at the race half-way point. Volunteers will help set up the Water Stop, pour water into cups, hand out cups of water to runners and walkers, and help break down the station after the race. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
