Swim out guide Medium Priority

You must be 8 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

As a swim out guide, you will direct participants toward transition once they exit the pool.

Location

outdoor pool to transition entrance.

Body Marking High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be instructed by the Transition Manager on how to correctly body mark participants. Black permanent marker will be provided. This position requires bending to mark athletes arms and lower legs. Hours are 5:30am-7:00am.

Bike Course Marshall High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

The bike course Marshall will direct cyclists in the correct direction on the bike course. This position is available to those 16 and over.

Location

Various locations on the bike course. You will be transported to and from the location from transition by a member of the Dallas Athletes Racing staff.

Run Course Aid Station High Priority

You must be 7 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

This position is available to anyone ages 7 and above with an adult present. Water and UCAN product will be handed out to participants. This position requires a minimum of six volunteers.

Transition Assistant

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

This position will have you working directly with the Transition Manager in the transition area. The role will include guiding participants both in and out of transition, ensuring only athletes are in the transition area and various roles as designated by the Transition Manager. Hours are 5:45am-10:30am

Tear Down Crew

You must be 9 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

The tear down crew will be responsible for breaking down the race site props and assist the Dallas Athletes Racing staff in loading the storage trailers. A crew of 8-10 is needed. Hours are 9:30am-11:30am

Location

Report to Dallas Athletes Racing trailers located in the parking lot outside of the stadium entrance.
