2 Volunteers will be set up at this intersection. One will direct southbound runners to round the median and head northbound on Berkley. Both will hold "stop" signs to halt traffic for runners.

. One Volunteer will be at the East side of the intersection, guiding southbound runners and one Volunteer will be on the West side of the intersection, guiding runners northbound. Both Volunteers will have a "Slow" traffice sign to deter traffic.

Half-Way Water Station High Priority

Details

Volunteers will fill water cups and hand them out to runners. Volunteers will be responsible for making sure cups are disposed of properly. Volunteers may take their own vehicle or be taken to the site and must be at the designated spot by 7:45am. Water and table will be delivered and picked up by Bobbi Ellis.

**Volunteers will pick up Volunteer packet on Hillsboro St by 7:15am.
Volunteers will be in position by 7:45am and may chose to use personal vehicle to get there. Volunteers will be notified when last runner has passed and may then return all items to Volunteer table

Location

Water station will be set up on the West Side (Northbound) of Berkley Drive at the Hemphill intersection.

Westhill Berkley Traffic/Guides High Priority

Details

1 Volunteer will stand on the East side of Berkley at the Westhill Intersection to guide runners to turn South. 1 Volunteer will stand on the West side of Berkley, stopping traffic and ensuring the safety of runners as they cross from Northbound Berkley and across to the North side of Westhill (heading back to the park). 1 Volunteer will be on the North side of the Westhill/Berkley intersection to stop traffic and assist runners safely across Westhill. Once across, runners will be guided to use bike lane and head East down Westhill to Hillsboro. 2 Volunteers needed to hold Slow/Stop signs. 1 West of the Berkley/Westhill Intersection. 1 East of the Berkley/Westhill Intersection.
**Volunteers will pick up Volunteer packet on Hillsboro St by 7:15am.
Volunteers will be in position by 7:45am and may chose to use personal vehicle to get there. Volunteers will be notified when last runner has passed and may then return all items to Volunteer table

1 Volunteer to set up near Coleman school to with "Slow" traffic sign. Will urge runners to continue heading East on Westhill to Hillsboro St.

Forrest and Westhill Turn High Priority

Details

1 Volunteer will be at the Southeast Intersection of Forrest and Westhill, guiding runners to turn left and head south to the 2nd Street turnaround. 2 Volunteers will be at the Forrest and 2nd Ave intersection, assisting runners to cross the street and head North on Forrest. (both will guide runners and stop traffic). 1 Volunteer will be at the Southeast side of the Forrest/Westhill intersection, directing runners to turn left from Forrest to Westhill and head West toward Berkley.

1 Volunteer is needed on each side (Eastbound and Westbound) of the intersection at Westhill and Prairie Ave to stop traffic as runners cross Prairie heading West and East.

**Volunteers will pick up Volunteer packet on Hillsboro St by 7:15am.
Volunteers will be in position by 7:45am and may chose to use personal vehicle to get there. Volunteers will be notified when last runner has passed and may then return all items to Volunteer table

Start/Finish Traffic/Guides High Priority

Details

2 Volunteers needed at Westhill and Hillsboro intersection to stop traffic for runners. It is important to guide the outbound runners to head West on Westhill drive AGAINST the flow of traffic (left-hand side). And to keep inbound runners on the north side of Westhill Dr, until they reach Hillsboro, at which time, they will be let safely across Westhill to Hillsboro and to the finish line. We will also have 1 Volunteer at the bridge (closest to the park) with a "slow" traffic sign and urging inbound runners to stay that side of the street until reaching Hillsboro. 1 Volunteer needed at Westhill and Mill St with a "slow" traffic sign.

**Volunteers will pick up Volunteer packet on Hillsboro St by 7:15am.
Volunteers will be in position by 7:45am and may chose to use personal vehicle to get there. Volunteers will be notified when last runner has passed and may then return all items to Volunteer table
