Registrar High Priority

Details

Accepts completed entry forms and money from race entrants.
Ensure money collected matches the entry form selections.
Write race number (from race bib) on entry form.
Write check number or CASH on entry form.
Give race bib to participant and ask them to move to the blank entry form table to write their information (Name, Age, etc) on the bib.

Greeter/Registration Helper High Priority

Details

Greets participants.
Directs non-registered runners to blank entry form table.
Directs pre-registered runners to the pre-registered packet pickup table.
Reminds folks standing in the registration lines to have their entry forms completed and their money ready.
Listens for directions from Registrars and provides proper size T-shirt to race entrant.

Course Worker Medium Priority

Details

Stay on parts of the course to direct racers along the course.
Provide assistance to walkers and runners, so that they stay on course
Needs to be able to stand for up to two to three hours.

Start and Finish Line Worker Medium Priority

Details

Assist at the start and finish line
Help set up water and snack table

Registration Computer High Priority

October 1, 2017

Details

Works with Computer Entry Roamer to collect completed entry forms from Registrars.
Enters Name, Age and Race Number into race timing spreadsheet.
