Athlete Packet Pick Up

Details

You will assist the athletes by checking them in, giving them their race packets, answering any questions for race day, and wishing them the best of luck.

Parking Crew

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help with getting all the athletes, volunteers and spectators safely parked in the designated areas we will have.

* Please note there is a chance during your shift we may ask you to help out in another area as the race proceeds along throughout the morning.

Athlete Check In

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be assisting athletes who need to pick up their race packets on the morning of the race. Answering any questions they may have for race day.

Body Marking

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will greet Athletes as they enter in to transition, and you will be writing their race numbers on their arms.

Transition Area

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be checking to ensure athletes have their bike numbers on their bikes and they are body marked. You are also ensuring ATHLETES ONLY are in the transition area. Cheer them on and get them excited about their race.

Youth Triathlon

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be assisting with the Youth Triathlon based on the needs of the race director. Race Starts at 10:30 and will end by 11:30.

Swim Assistance

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be assisting athletes out of the water as they complete their swim.

Bike Course

At least 28 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will placed along the bike course to help with traffic at some intersections. You will be cheering on the athletes as the pass you. You are also out there if they are in need of assistance along the course.

Run Course

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be placed at a location along the course to cheer on, and ensure the athletes are following the course.

* Please note there is a chance during your shift we may ask you to help out in another area as the race proceeds along throughout the morning.

Water Stops

At least 12 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be setting up, cheering on, and handing out water to athletes along the run portion of the race.

Finish Line

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be handing out water, medals, cool towels, and removing timing chips.

Food

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be assisting with giving food out to the athletes once they have completed the race.

Clean Up

You will be helping with breaking down everything from the event.
