Help with course prep and set up. Must be able to lift 15-20lbs at a time. Few tasks without lifting are available, but most of set up is moving equipment around.

Check in at Woahink Boat Launch Friday anytime after 9am. We will be setting up until dark. Stay as long as you are available. Thanks!

Check in at Three Rivers Casino on Friday at 3pm. Packet pick up for racers opens at 4pm. We need 1 hour to set up and get you trained.

Registration - Bag Check

Help participants check gear to send to the finish line by labeling bags and loading them on a shelf. This task can be 1 or 2 people. We have 2 shifts to cover: 1. checking the bags at the start and 2. returning the bags to participants at the finish.

Greeting participants as they arrive and organizing the parking of all vehicles.

Transition

Transition - Body Marking

Transition - Direct Athletes

Direct athletes through transition at one of the various entrances

Transition - Mount/Dismount

Details

Stand where the athletes mount and dismount their bikes and direct them to get on or off the bike depending on if they are starting or finishing their bike ride.

Transition - Back Up Timing High Priority

Using a 10-key - type in athlete bib numbers as they call them out to you.

Swim Course - Where ever you need me

Details

Lifeguards, spotters, swim angels, and boat support on the swim course.

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Course marshals, flaggers, radio operators, and course support vehicles.

Details

Handing out medals, removing timing chips, and supporting post race food.
