Perform assigned duties which include directing athletes and spectators to parking areas and providing any needed directions on how to get to transition.

Perform duties as assigned which can include security at the entrance and exit, aid station at the swim in and run out for transition, checking bikes in and out, disassemble bike racks as the race ends, etc.

Lifeguard - SWIM High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Lifeguards will be in kayaks on the water for the swim race, spread out throughout the course. During and after the swim race, help with swimmer safety and assistance, mTT boat assistance, swim course tear down, and other duties as assigned.

Lifeguards will be paid $40 for their duties. All equipment will be provided. Lifeguard certifications will need to be provided to the Swim Director prior to July 18.

Volunteer - SWIM High Priority

Details

Volunteers may be in kayaks on the water for the swim race, spread out throughout the course, or at the Swim Start to help usher swimmers to their start time. During and after the swim race, volunteers will help with swimmer safety and assistance, mTT boat assistance, swim course tear down, and other duties as assigned.

Volunteer - BIKE High Priority

At least 9 more volunteers needed.

Details

Perform duties as assigned which include course marshaling on the bike course and aiding in athlete safety on the course.

Location

Various locations on the bike course to be assigned prior to the date of the race.

Volunteer - Run Medium Priority

At least 20 more volunteers needed.

Details

Perform assigned duties which include working the aid station on the run course and course marshaling on the run course to ensure athlete safety.

Location

Various locations on the run course. Locations will be assigned on race morning.

Volunteer - Finish Line High Priority

Details

Perform duties as assigned which can include handing out finishers medals, stock post race foods and drinks for athletes, give out age group awards, etc.

Volunteer - Tear Down High Priority

Perform duties as assigned which include breaking down bike racks, taking down fencing, disassemble finish arch, and loading trucks with all equipment, etc.
