We break the process down into many stations, but essentially athletes who have signed up for the race come and get all their materials and questions answered before the race.
We give them their "Packet" which contains their race number, timing chip, sticker for bike helmet, sticker to mark their bike all in an envelope.
they get a tshirt (size is marked on the label) and goody bag.
Swim cap station- for the wave /group they are starting in.
