I need four people to work on the truck crew. Volunteers will be asked to help unload premiums and equipment from the truck beginning at 7:00 AM Saturday morning prior to the race, then going to the U-Haul shed on west street and loading the truck with supplies for the Aid Stations. Then, on Sunday morning, race day, volunteers will be expected to arrive at Severna Park High School at 6:00 AM to begin delivering supplies to the Aid Stations. Following the race the process is reversed, and the volunteers will pick up items from the Aid Stations and return them to the U-Haul shed. This is a big ask: at least four hours on Saturday and at least 8 hours on Sunday.

I need 8 volunteers to guide runners as the negotiate several turns they will encounter on the neighborhood streets in the first two miles of the race before they enter the B&A Trail. I would like these volunteers to be at Severna Park HS by 6:30 AM race day. It would be great if these volunteers could stick around after the last runner passes them to help out with the finish line or other tasks. I wouldn't expect anyone to have to stay beyond 10:30 AM.

Course Monitor -- Boulters Way

I need 3 volunteers to direct runners as they exit the south end of the B&A Trail and head down Boulters Way, turn around, and head back to the B&A Trail.

I need three volunteers (beginning at approximately 8:45 AM) to staff the point where runners depart the B&A Trail after crossing over the bridge on East West Hwy and head down the path that parallels East Wets Hwy before turning around and heading back south on the B&A Trail.
