General Volunteers Medium Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

You may be asked to fill in where necessary: race marshal, water station, finish line, or general set up/breakdown.

This position is not appropriate for a volunteer with small children or pets who need supervision.

Parking attendants Low Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will direct guests to park efficiently in the parking lot and maximize the use of all spaces and direct guests from the parking lot to the starting area

Safety vests will be provided and will need to be returned at the end of the race

Race Day Registration/Bib and Swag Bag Pick Up High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will assist with walk-up registration and bib number assignment/distribution. There will be a registration expert on hand.

You will also assist with handing out swag bags to runners at the end of the race.

Race Course Marshals High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will direct runners and keep them safe along the route. You may need to stop any pedestrian or vehicular traffic while runners cross. We will need you to be confident and loud (if necessary).

You are a key player in keeping the excitement and momentum going on the course. Feel free to scream, cheer, clap, laugh, anything to bring out a smile on our runners' faces.

Safety vests will be provided and will need to be returned at the end of the race.

Standing for long periods of time is required.

Start/Finish Area High Priority

You must be 13 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will work at the direction of the race directors and timers. You will assist with set-up/breakdown of the finish line equipment. Some lifting my be required.

You will also have a key role in cheering on our runners as they near and cross the finish line.

Cheer Groups Medium Priority

You must be 10 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 14 more volunteers needed.

Details

Cheer groups are key in keeping the excitement and momentum going along the course. We'll need you to cheer, clap, hold up signs - anything to bring out a smile on our runners' faces.

Water Stop Medium Priority

You must be 10 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be responsible for keeping the water cooler filled for runners to self-serve.

You are also a key player in cheering on and putting a smile on our runners' faces.

Post Race Refreshments High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Duties include setting up/breaking down the post race refreshments station, distributing refreshments to event participants upon completion of the race, and make sure spectators are not partaking in the post race refreshments.
