Volunteers will tell athletes where to mount and dismount their bikes. Volunteers will be loud, forceful and will be equipped with orange flags to be sure athletes can see exactly where they should mount their bikes.

Other volunteers will be stationed at the entrance and exit areas to ensure spectators don't enter this participant-only area.

Swim Assist - Floating Dock

These volunteers will assist with triathletes entering the water at the beginning of the swim. At the end of the swim, you will assist participants in getting out of the water.
**You WILL get wet! Please, no flip-flops.

Swim Assist - On-shore

These volunteers will give appropriate direction to the swim area at the beginning of the swim and to the transition area after the swim. Volunteers are asked to also keep spectators out of the way during the race.
