REFUND POLICY
Refunds: This event is planned many months in advance and has procurement costs based upon registration counts that are not recoverable so please understand that refunds are not allowed.
Distance transfers: A participant may transfer their registration to another distance at any time before the end of packet pick-up (i.e. Half Marathon to 10K). If there is a price difference between the distances, the participant is responsible for the increased cost of the new registration compared to the previous amount paid for their registration. The race will not issue a full or partial refund if the participant is stepping down in registration cost (i.e. 10K to 5K). Distance transfers made after April 16th will not receive a personalized race bib. All distance transfers can be completed from the online registration page under your profile.
Person to Person Transfers: Person to person transfers will be allowed within the same distance at any time before the end of packet pick-up. Person to person transfers made after April 16th will not receive a personalized race bib. Shirt sizes are subject to quantities on hand at the time of the transfer and are not guaranteed after April 4th. A person to person transfer can be completed from the online registration page under your profile.
Deferrals: We do not allow deferrals to the following year. You are encouraged to transfer to another person or transfer to another distance in the event.
