Adults' Race
- 6:00am - Athlete checkin and race day registration opens
- 6:00am - Transition opens
- 6:50am - Transition closes. All athletes must attend a pre-race meeting in the Selby Aquatic Center stands
- 7:00am - Athletes line up for swim start
- 7:30am - Race start!
Kids' Race
- 9:00am - Age 8-11 start
- 9:15am - Age 5-7 start
