Reservations for Bald Eagle Triathlon are available for August 15, 2025 - August 16, 2025.
Through this website you can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations until July 01, 2025.
You must cancel your reservation 45 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid the penalty of one-night room and tax charged to your credit card.
All guest reservations must be secured with an advance deposit of 50% of the total room and tax for lodge rooms and/or cabins at the time of booking, or one night room and tax whichever is greater, plus a $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee. The remaining balance for lodge rooms and/or cabins is due upon arrival.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. All times CST.
