How are numbers assigned?
Main Triathlon - How are numbers assigned?
* Numbers 1-24 are at race director discretion based upon exceptional past results at the Tremont Triathlon (or similar races as determined by the race director). To be considered for one of these entries contact the race director.
* Next numbers go to Dirty Double registrants.
* Next numbers go to Dusty Double registrants.
* Next numbers, through about 150, are assigned based on the order of registration. The earlier you register, the better chance you have getting an earlier starting time!
* Numbers after 150 are assigned based on projected finishing time.
Participants will line up and start in numerical order.
Mini Triathlon - How are numbers assigned?
* Simple, fastest swimmer to slowest. Because the swim is a snake swim for the Mini only, we do this to provide appropriate spacing between competitors in the hopes that you are racing next to people with similar times.
