Sulphur Springs Duathlon (SSDU) is a 2 mi. run, 10 mi. bike, 2 mi. run
The SSDU can be a team event, a runner and a biker!
We will also have a 5k (3.1 mi.) run with a 1 mi. Fun Run all events will be timed!!!
