The Course

SwimRun Hartness will feature a long course event as well as a short course event. The long course will be two laps around the Hartness property while the short course will be one lap. The segments will be broken down as follows:
Run 1: 0.5 miles (All Grass / Hard Pack Cross Country style)
Swim 1: 0.5 miles (Large lake)
Run 2: 0.6 miles (All Grass / Hard Pack Cross Country style)
Swim 2: 0.4 miles (3 small lakes with 2 land bridge crossings during swim)
Run 3: 2.3 miles (Some Grass / Hard Pack Cross Country style - Some single track hard pack trail - Short sections of pavement)
Swim 3: 0.2 miles (2 small lakes with 1 land bridge crossing during swim)
Run 4: 1.7 miles (Mostly single track trail with some hard pack grass sections)
Swim 4: 0.2 miles (Medium lake)
Run 5: 0.3 miles (All Grass / Hard Pack Cross Country style)
Long Course will repeat the above for a second time.
