Pre Race Instructions Sent 07.15
Here is a bit more info for Saturday!
Packet Pickup will be on site Saturday Morning beginning at 5:45am, the address is:
134 Starrett St
Sweetwater, TN US 37874
Parking will be onsite - First Come First Serve.
Transition for the triathletes will open at 5:45am. If you arrive sooner, be prepared to wait in your car or do a warmup jog until we are open at 5:45am....
The 5k packet pickup will start at 5:45am and go until 7:45am. The 5k only starts at 8am (or after last swimmer is out of water, usually right before 8)
The packet pickup will be on the Street side of transition.
Triathlon participants, please know and follow USA Triathlon regulations. You can pretend to read them again HERE.
Courses will be marked with arrows and have volunteers. But please pay attention and look over the courses.
Schedule of events:
5:45am Transition opens and pickup begins
7:15am Transition closes
7:30am First swimmer in - self seeded by speed, time trial 1 ever 8-ish seconds
8am 5k Run begins
9am Overall Awards
9:30am Age Group awards

Awards Information
Triathlon Age Groups and Awards: Overall awards for the top three male and female finishers & top three male and female masters. Age group awards for first, second, and third place in the following M & F age groups: 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45- 49, 50-55, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over & top 3 Clydesdale & Athena. Open Relay Division Top 3 Relays.
5K awards: Top 3 overall male and female
