Description
Pedal-Paddle-Run is designed to be a day of wellness and community-building, bringing the Schenectady County community together for a day of fun, fitness, and celebration. Businesses, not-for-profits, community groups, fitness club, and youth organizations are invited to create teams to participate against one another in the spirit of friendly competition!

Participants must be at least 16 years of age on the day of the race.
Registration is limited to the first 250 participants and will be avalible online. Registration includes snacks, t-shirt, race bag, and more.
Equipment:
All bicycles are to be brought by the participants and dropped off at the Aqueduct Boathouse by 7:30am on race day.
Kayaks brought by participants need to be dropped off at the Aqueduct Boathouse by 7:30am on race day. Kayaks rented via registration need to be picked up at the Boathouse and dropped at the kayak starting line by 7:30am.
All Parking is located at the Niskayuna Soccer Complex; free shuttles will start at 6:30am for transport.
Peddle-Paddle-Run is a fully timed event with individual and team timing of each component of the race provided by Green Leaf Racing, LLC.

Race Course Full Route
The Pedal-Paddle-Run course route is 3.5 miles; Bikers will complete the route twice and Runners once. Kayakers will travel up the Mohawk River for 1 miles and return back to the Boathouse.
