Jumping into the world of triathlon training can be overwhelming. Knowing where to start, how many and what kinds of workouts to do each week, training snags pop up, or work travel has to fit into your training.

The 8-week Rookie program is for the beginner and gets you ready for a pool swim tri. If you are new to a structured training plan and/ or exercise routine, this is for you!  We will walk you through each step.  You’ll get skill orientations for each discipline and we will be there each step of the way!

Commitment Day + Orientation: February 7, 2024 via Zoom

Goal Race: Caveman Triathlon (can be used for any sprint or rookie distance event)

Skill orientation clinics

Feb 10th (Sat) – Bike @ 9:00a White Rock Lake
Feb 11th (Sun) – Swim at Greenhill school 6:00PM
Feb 13th (Tues) – Run LHHS track 6:30PM

Bi-weekly coach call @ 6:30PM (via Zoom)

April 8th (after event check-in call)
