Step-By-Step Walkthrough Session
Want to know exactly what to expect on event day? We will walk you through step-by-step on how the day will go. We'll start at the outside pool cabana and explain how the swim will work, including where to put your towel, shoes, and extra clothes. We'll walk to the transition area and talk about your set up, where your bike will go, and how you will transition from the swim to the bike and then from the bike to the run/walk segment of the race. We'll discuss safety not only for the transition area, but also for out on the course, and we'll definitely talk about the finish line, where your fans will be waiting to cheer you on! For the relay teams, we'll go over everything you need to know so your team is comfortable on event day. We suggest your team practices once or twice before the big day so everyone knows what to do when it comes time to show off your stuff!
Each of the sessions noted below will cover the same information so you only need to attend one, but if you'd like to attend them all - GREAT, we'd love to have you!

- Tuesday, February 4 at 11:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00-2:00 pm (meet by the outside pool cabana)
- Tuesday, February 11 at 11:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00-2:00 pm (meet by the outside pool cabana)
- Thursday, February 20 at 11:00 am-12:00 pm (meet by the outside pool cabana)
