1. Membership Agreement & Informed Consent
• By joining and participating in the Wesley Chapel Runners Group (WCR), you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules and waivers.
• You confirm that you have joined voluntarily and understand there are no specific membership requirements or fees.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
• You understand that running and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, weather conditions, traffic, and terrain.
• You certify that you are medically fit and adequately trained to participate in group activities.
• You agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend WCR, its organizers, administrators, volunteers, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.
• You agree to follow all traffic laws, and run against traffic when on the road.
3. Group Participation Guidelines
• Posting Frequency: Please limit excessive daily posts to allow all members to share. Non-group-related content may be removed.
• Meetups: Members can organize event meetups any day of the week, including Saturdays & Sundays.
• Race Event Sharing: Share race information (registration links, date/location changes, promo codes).
• Clinics/Workshops: Members may share free clinic, class, special meetup or workshop for runners, for example runners’ clinic. Other events may be removed.
4. Photo/Video Release
• You grant WCR permission to use your images or recordings in any media (website, social media) without further consent.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, refrain from posing in group photos or recordings.
5. Prohibited Activities
• No Soliciting/Fundraising: Posts promoting personal or business solicitation/fundraising (unrelated to WCR) will be removed.
• Respect & Privacy: Maintain a respectful and courteous environment. Private discussions should remain confidential.
• Stalking/Inappropriate Behavior: Members reported for stalking or inappropriate behavior will be removed and barred from future events.
• Admin Authority: The Admin reserves the right to deny, suspend, or remove members for any reason.
6. Refund Policy
• All entry fees, merchandise or items purchased are non-refundable.
7. Virtual Challenges Waiver
• You waive and release WCR, RunSignup.com & all associated parties from liability for any injuries or damages related to your participation in virtual challenges.
• You confirm that you are medically fit & adequately trained for virtual challenges.
• You grant WCR permission to use your name, voice & images in challenge-related media.
• Virtual challenge entry fees are non-refundable & bib numbers are non-transferable.
• WCR reserves the right to postpone or cancel virtual challenges due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Confirmation
• By remaining a member of this group you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these rules and waivers.
