Pocomoke Triathlon Bike Course
Riders will start from the Lower Shore Family YMCA, located in Pocomoke City, Maryland.
· Riders will begin in the parking lot of the Elks Club, adjacent to the YMCA
· Right turn on to large shoulder of 113
· Right turn on to Betheden Church Road (@ Mile 5)
· Veer Right on to Ward Road (@Mile 6.5)
· SLOW!!! Sharp Turn At Bird Road!!
· Right turn on to Stockton Road
· Right turn to Groton Road
· Right turn on to 113 and back to Elks Club entrance

Sprint Course RUN Map
NEW THIS YEAR!!! THE RUN WILL BE COMPLETELY ON THE LOWER SHORE FAMILY YMCA GROUNDS!!!! That's right, no more Byrd Road. No more "farm with the dogs".
To achieve this, the run will be a THREE LOOP run! This mostly trail run will take place on the beautiful trail system completely on grounds. Plenty of room for passing and a beautiful view the whole way through! We are STOKED for this change!! There will be an aide station just outside of transition, so you will want to be sure to count on that station, THREE times.
