    • EARLY TEAM REGISTRATION: 17 FEB - 31 MAR
    • REGULAR TEAM REGISTRATION: 1 APR - 7 JUN
    • LATE TEAM REGISTRATION: 8 JUN - 15 JUL
  • VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION:
    • VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION: 8 JUN - 2 AUG 
      • TEAM DISCOUNT: Teams that provide Volunteers will receive a $50-100 discount off next years registration...SEE DETAILS HERE

  • TEAM NAME & PACE UPDATE DEADLINE: 15 JUL
  • RUNNER REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 15 JUL
    • NOTE: Deadline to Guarantee T-Shirt Size. Runner Substitutions can be made until 31 JUL online and in person on event day
  • RUNNER T-SHIRT SIZE UPDATE DEADLINE: 15 JUL
  • RUNNER EVENT DAY CONTACT INFO UPDATE DEADLINE: 31 JUL
  • ONLINE RUNNER SUBSTITUTION DEADLINE: 31 JUL

  • TEAM START TIME & # ASSIGNMENTS: 22 JUL
  • RUNNER EVENT DAY CONTACT INFO UPDATE DEADLINE: 31 JUL
  • ONLINE RUNNER SUBSTITUTIONS DEADLINE: 31 JUL
    • IMPORTANT: If Runner Substitution impacts your Team Pace by more than 0:30 min/mile notify the P2B Team at peak2brew@p2brelay.com
  • VIRTUAL SAFETY BRIEFING & EVENT DAY REVIEW: T-4days to Event
    • Teams will need to confirm they have reviewed the Virtual Safety Briefing at Packet Pickup
  • TEAM TIME TRACKER SHEETS: T-2days to Event
    • Trackers Google Sheet Links will be sent to Teams the week of the Event
  • EVENT DAY COMMUNICATION WITH P2B COMMAND: T-1day to Event
    • Opt-In Message will be sent day before the Event
    • Ensure your Event Day Contact Info is up to date 

 

EVENT DAY ITINERARY: 9-10 AUG

BARK EATER EVENT: 9-10 AUG
  • Packet Pickup @ Gore Mountain Ski Resort: 9 AUG @ 10:00AM - 1:30PM
    • At least 1 Member of the Team to be present 
    • Check-In Team and Pickup Team Bag (Bibs, Van Stickers, Snap Bracelet, T-Shirts, Finish Food / Drink Coupons, Goodies, etc.)
  • SECTION #1: Start Waves @ Gore Mountain Ski Resort: 9 AUG @ 11:00AM - 2:00PM
  • OVERNIGHT: Halfway Checkpoint Overnight Camping @ Old Forge Recreation Center: 9 AUG 8:00PM - 10 AUG 8:00AM
    • All Teams will camp overnight at the halfway checkpoint then start Section #2 of the course in the morning with the SPRINT Teams
  • SECTION #2: Start Waves @ Gore Mountain Ski Resort: 10 AUG @ 6:00-8:00AM
    • Start Times will be based on your Team Pace from Section #1
  • Finish & After Party @ Saranac Brewery Biergarten: 10 AUG @ 3:00-8:00PM
    • Food & Drinks @ Brewery for Teams / Volunteers
      • Present your Food / Drink Coupons (Team Bag) to receive complementary Food / Drinks at Finish
    • Live Music, and more
SPRINT EVENT: 10 AUG
  • Packet Pickup @ Old Forge Recreation Center: 10 AUG @ 5:00-7:30M
    • At least 1 Member of the Team to be present
