For those athletes under the age of 18, we highly suggest that the parent/guardian reach out to our Race Director, Mark Wilson, to verify that your child is prepared to complete these courses.  Please email CoachMarkWilson@gmail.com or text 914-466-9214. 

Paratriathletes - please indicate during registration, and we will reach out to see what accommodations you may need. 

This is a USAT sanctioned event and all participants must be a current member or purchase one-day event coverage at registration.  

If you are not already a current USAT member you will be required to purchase one of the following during registration:

• Annual Membership ~  $60.   Youth 17&U ~ $10.
• Bronze Membership: One day event coverage:
  • Long Distance ~ $23
  • Relay Team members ~ $6 each.

*Please note ~ if you are registering using "Do the Double" for both OnondagaMan and CassadagaMan, you cannot choose the Bronze Membership.  You must have an annual USAT membership.
