Oilman Texas Triathlon

 

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO BIKE CHECK IN ON SATURDAY!

 

November 16th, 2025(Race Day) 

5:15 am - Park in designated areas at the front of Margaritaville Resort.  Walk your bike to the transition area (approximately 1/2 mile from the furthest lot.  If you ride your bike to transition, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR HELMET ON AND FASTENED!!!!!

5:30 AM - Transition opens to ATHLETES ONLY

6:45 am - Transition area closes.  It is a short walk to the swim start.

7:00 am - Half-distance Race Begins! First Swimmer in the water according to self-seeding (fastest to slowest)

7:45 am - Sprint Race Begins! First Swimmer in the water according to self-seeding (fastest to slowest)

~8:30am - Swim Cutoff (1h15after last swimmer in water)

10:30 am - (Approximately) Sprint Award Ceremony begins 

~12:30 pm - Bike Cutoff (5h15 after last swimmer in water)

3:00 pm - (Approximately) Half Awards - near Finish Line/Post Race Food Tent.

~3:30 pm - Approx finish cutoff (8h15 after last swimmer in water) - Race ends
