Canton Lake Sprint & Olympic Triathlon

Our Races are Fundraisers for Local Youth Sports Programs.  Last year, thanks to your generous support, NW OK Triathlons donated $13,000 to 4 local Running Teams and Swim Teams!!  

The Canton Lake Tri is a fast and flat Sprint & Olympic Triathlon ages 17 to 65+!  The Race is located at Canton Lake.  Main address, Canton Project Office, 64600 N 2466 Rd., Canton, OK, 73724.  The Swim is in Canton Lake, starting in waves from a boat ramp.  Wave starts based off Swimming Ability, and order of Registration.  

The Sprint Bike Course is a 1-Loop, 12.4-mile course that is completely blocked from traffic w/ Lake Engineer support. 

The Olympic Bike Course is a 2-Loop, 24.8-mile course. 

The Sprint Run Course is also Out-and-Back - a 3.1-mile flat, fast course.

The Olympic Run Course is a 2-Loop, 6.2-mile course. 

 Sprint:        750 Meter Swim     12.4 Mile Bike         3.1 Mile Run

Olympic:   1500 Meter Swim      24.8 Mile Bike        6.2 Mile Run

Trophies will be given for 1st Overall Male/ Female Adult

Trophies for 1st Place and Medals for 2nd & 3rd place Male/ Female in the following Age Groups:

Under-20, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
 

Race Series Certificates will be given to participants who complete our:

• Enid Stampede Youth & Adult Triathlon, Saturday June 10th, 2023

• Fairview Youth and Adult Triathlon, Saturday, June 17th, 2023

• Canton Lake Sprint & Olympic Triathlon, Saturday, August 19th, 2023

• Ski Lake/ RedBird Farms Sprint, Olympic, & Half-Iron distance races, Saturday, September 2nd, 2023

Don't think you can Swim, Bike, & Run all by yourself?
             Form a RELAY TEAM!  (2 or 3 people divide the parts.)

Entry Fee for Each Relay Leg is:  $20.  
Total Relay Team Cost is:  $60.  

Relay Captain is to contact Race Director for the Relay Team Name.  
And the Names of Swimmer, Biker, & Runner for Timing Purposes. 

USA Triathlon Membership is Required & EMBEDDED in our Registration process

Each Adult MUST purchase a 1-Day or 1-Year Pass from USAT  (even Relay members)

Important Statement for Calculating AGE GROUPS!!!

• Basically, YOUR RACE AGE IS THE AGE THAT YOU WILL BE ON DECEMBER 31st!!

• Therefore, if you are 44 y/o now, but will be 45 y/o on or before 12-31-2023, then you race in the 45-49 y/o Age Group.
