Description
This is a USA Triathlon (USAT) sanctioned race comprised of a 250 meter pool swim, 12 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run; in that order.
The Smile Train Tri provides a safe environment for new triathletes while providing a fast bike course with a few challenges for the experienced triathlete.
Early registration is recommended as this race has a tendancy to sell out.
We strive to send 100% of your registration fees to Smile Train, providing free cleft lip and cleft palate repair for children in under developed countries. It only takes about $250 to provide this surgery for 1 child.
Since 2008, we’ve generated over $220,000 in donations for Smile Train.
