After much struggle and debate, we have made the tough decision to cancel this event for 2020. Given the current health climate, we do not feel that this event will be able to successfully move forward. If you were already registered for this race, you will receive an email with more details.

Description
Update 3/22/2020: The NEST Triathlon 2020 has been cancelled due to complications due to the Covid-19 outbreak. We hope to see everyone in 2021
Ever thought Triathlons were, “For the Birds” and out of your reach. The NorthEast Sprint Triathlon or The N.E.S.T is a pefect way for you to fly into the sport of triathlon. This race is a great first-timers race, and a great tune-up event for your multisport season. Don’t worry about the early season cool weather, this event is in the afternoon so it will have plenty of time to warm up! Come on out for this great early season event.
250 yard pool swim – 10.5 mile road bike – 5K trail/road run

Schedule
There will not be an early packet pick up for this event.
Race Day -
- Packet Pick-Up and Registration: 2:20 PM until 3:45 PM
- Race Start: 4:00 PM
- Awards: 6:00 PM (approx.)
Parking
There will be plenty of parking at the park, just not in the swimming pool parking lot where transition area will be located. If you park along the road, please make sure to pull completely into any spot along the run course so as to not block the course with your car.

Awards
- Awards for top three overall males and females.
- Awards for top three male and female age group placers. Age groups: 14 & under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70+.
- Awards for the top three Athena, Clydesdale, and Masters Clydesdale athletes.
- Award for the top relay team.
- Points accumulated toward Trivium Multisport Series (please see Multisport Series Page for Details.)
USA Triathlon (USAT) Requirements
This is a USA Triathlon (USAT) sanctioned event. If you are a USAT annual member, you will be required to show your membership card when you pick up your packet. All athletes are required to show ID in order to pick up their packet - no exceptions.
Please familiarize yourself with the USAT competitive rules to make sure that you are compliant.
