SwimRun Triad - Initial Interest

This is not an official registration - This form is meant to gauge initial interest in this event before opening official registration. 

This is an initial interest sign up for SwimRun Triad. In order to move forward and be able to shut down the entire lake for the day, we need a minimum of 50 athletes signed up to race. If you register through this initial interest form by 2/29/2020, you will get first access to official registration before it opens to the general public!

The race will happen on the morning of October 3rd, 2020 and will be a great event for beginner SwimRunners, and for SwimRunners looking to tune up before their big fall events. We will have both a long course event and a short course event.  In the short course event athletes have the option of signing up for the team event or the individual race, for the long course event athletes MUST sign up as a member of a team and race alongside their teammate for the entire race.  Both races will swim and run on the lakes and trails around Lake Townsend.  The lake will be completely closed for the duration of the event, and each swim crossing will have manned boats and kayak/paddleboards to keep athletes safe on the water!  

Cost per-person for the race will be as follows:

• Short Course: $125-$160 depending on when you register
• Long Course: $175-$225 depending on when you register

This race will be professionally put on and will be a great event for all who participate!

Athletes who compete in this race will receive:

• A custom SwimRun Triad swimcap
• A custom fully sublimated long sleeve shirt
• A custom fully sublimated swimrun race bib
• Course and finishline photos
• A custom finishers prize
• An opportunity to win one of our awesome first year SwimRun Triad awards
• Live Race timing
