Course Description
Swim:
Starting at the boat ramp, athletes will do a 300 yard u-shaped swim and get out on the opposite side close to the tennis courts.
Run:
Athletes will then run 1.5 miles around the backside of the lake back to bike transition at the boat ramp
Bike:
Athletes will then cycle a 12 mile loop
Run:
Athletes will then run 1.5 miles from bike transition around the backside of the lake back to swim transition on the tennis court side of the lake.
Swim:
Athletes will swim 300 yards back to the boat ramp to run through the finish line.
