More Cowbell Bro!

Getting ready for a brutal ultra?  Need to get some night running practice? I know exactly what you need.......More Cowbell! Come to 1North Adventure Trails in Blanchard, and get your night legs.  This race is an every hour on the hour 3.5 mile loop on hilly "jeep road style" trails in Northern Louisiana.  Participants will not receive a medal....they'll earn a metal....cowbell!  Each loop will earn you a sticker on your customized (with your name) cowbell.  The goal is to get 12 stickers on your bell which represents 36 miles of running.  Don't make it back in time? That's o.k., you don't have to leave...you just don't get a sticker for that lap.  No biggie, you don't have to go home and you don't need to stop running. Want to take an hour break? We don't care; it's not a timed event.  It's a loop thing man!

 There will be one fully stocked, rocking aid station at the start/finish area/parking lot.  Unmanned water stop on the course at mile 1.5.  Pancakes are for breakfast with sausage!
