RUN-BIKE-RUN
1 mile Run - 10.25 mile bike - 3.1 mile run
COURSE NOTES:
Swim course is a snake swim - down the length of the pool and coming back in the next lane, and so on.
The bike course is a great two loop flat and fast course.
The run course winds through a paved run trail.
