Upper Dublin Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike 2018

OverviewDon't miss out on this early season event! This race is a perfect tune-up event for experienced athletes as well as a great introduction to the sport for newcomers. Start off with a 350 meter pool swim located in the Upper Dublin High School Athletic Complex then head out into the neighborhoods of Fort Washington for a 8.3 mile bike and 3.4 mile run.

Not a swimmer? Register for the duathlon and enjoy a 2 mile run followed by the 8.3 mile bike and finished off with the 3.4 mile run.

Not a runner? An aquabike, consisting of the 350 meter swim and 8.3 mile bike is also offered for those athletes who choose not to include the run.

Want to race with friends as a team? Sign up as a coed, male or female relay!!!! There's something for everyone!

Course Description
Time Trial Start (Athletes enter the water approximately every 15 seconds)

350 meter pool swim (10 lengths of the pool, serpent-style swim, down one lane, back the next)

8.3 mile bike (Two  loops)

3.4 mile  run

Spectator Tips
There are plenty of opportunities for spectators to watch their athlete. Elevated viewing is available in the swim area. There are plenty of places to watch around the transition area, throughout the course and in the finish line area.
