Girls, Guts, Glory Duathlon

This is a women-only event. There will be an open event and a relay event. The relay can be two or three participants. Registration fee applies to all participants.
Registration: Located under the pavilion. Follow signs from Sunrise Lake parking lot.
Additional $10 fee for day of registration. Register on-line and save.
Early registration discount.
All entries are final. There will be no refunds. No exceptions.
Description of race: approximately 1.5 mile run, 6.5 mile mountain bike ride, repeat the 1.5 mile run.
Tee shirt sizes: S/M/L/XL. Tee’s are free to the first 100 registrants. Women's fit, of course.
Awards: Top three finishers in the overall and top three teams.
Course: The event is an off-road loop for the run and mountain bike. The terrain will be mostly dirt road and trails with hills. The mountain bike leg is mostly flowy single track. The focus of the race is to raise donations and awareness for the Mental Health Association of Morris County.
