The race will take place on Thursday, June 21, 2018 - 6:30 p.m. sharp.
All events start and finish at Hankins Park, north side near tennis courts, Lavallette, NJ 08735

Triathlon Distances
250 yard swim, 5 mile bike(2 loops), 1 mile run
Duathlon Distances
1 mile run, 5 mile bike(2 loops), 1 mile run
5:00 - 6:15 pm check-in, packet pickup and race day registration
- 6:15 pm pre-race briefing
- 6:30 pm races start(2-4 waves based on # of entrants)
The swim is in the bay.The bike and run will be contested on roads though Lavallette.The course is flat and fast.

Top 3 Male/Female First Timers
The first 150 entries will receive a T-Shirt
Finishers Medals to first 150 finishers !!!

If you have a friend or family member accompanying you to this event,
please ask them if they would help while waiting for you to finish.
