Come join the Cape Fear Tri Club for a celebration of the 4th of July as we celebrate our freedom, our ability to workout safely, and our fantastic community! We have two different distances to choose from! It's not exactly a triathlon, but a bike/swim/Run! Or participate in any part/s you choose :D Only requirement is to be a member of the tri club - you can become a member here :D https://www.capefeartri.com/join-us/
"Olympic Distance" = 16.7 mile bike, 2100 yards swim, 1.25 miles
"Sprint Distance" = 8.3 miles, 1400 yards swim, 0.9 mile run
or some combination of the two :D
